We take pride in the quality of our planners and ensure each order meets our standards before shipping.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- Damaged in Transit: If your planner arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage, including the packaging.
- Printing Defects: If there is a misprint, missing pages, or any manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong planner, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item received.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Incorrect Orders: Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase, as we cannot offer refunds for mistakes made at checkout.
- Used or Written-In Planners: Refunds will not be issued if the planner has been used, written in, or altered in any way.
- Minor Cosmetic Imperfections: Slight variations in colour, texture, or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the usability of the planner are not considered defects.

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
